**Job Title: Business Accounting Manager**
**Location: Hyderabad, Telangana**

**Job Overview**:
As a Business Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting functions for the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial analysis. You will leverage your expertise in both traditional US accounting and the evolving fintech space to help drive financial efficiency and support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting & Accounting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, P&L Statements and cash flow statements.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles (US GAAP/IFRS) and relevant regulatory requirements.

**Fintech Systems & Tools Integration**:

- Oversee and integrate financial software solutions tailored to fintech operations.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize and automate accounting processes through fintech systems.
- Ensure the financial systems meet the company’s reporting needs and integrate with various business tools.

**Budgeting & Forecasting**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide strategic insights on budget variance, cash flow, and profitability for various business units.

**US Tax Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Work with external auditors and tax professionals to complete annual audits and filings.
- Identify financial risks associated with fintech innovations and develop strategies for mitigation.

**Financial Strategy & Data Analysis**:

- Use data analytics to inform financial decision-making, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to review business performance, profitability, and financial health.
- Track fintech-related financial metrics, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals.

**Regulatory & Industry Compliance**:

- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and laws related to fintech, such as data privacy (GDPR), financial transaction regulations (PCI DSS), and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
- Stay updated on changes to fintech regulations and accounting standards to ensure the business remains compliant.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to assess financial implications of business strategies and projects.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, helping non-financial teams understand financial trends and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- CPA certification ( added advantage)

**Experience**:

- 4-6 years of experience as a business accountant, with at least 2-3 years of experience in the fintech industry.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in data analytics tools and financial modeling.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and fintech regulations.
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex financial data to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
