**Job Summary**: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting for the company. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Handle payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support during external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), or equivalent qualifications such as CA Inter or CA.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
