Position Overview:
As an Accounts Executive will be an integral part of the finance and accounting team. Your role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and record financial transactions, including reconcalation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing invoices and financial statements.
- Petty Cash Handling
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain and verify financial information.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Coordinate with sales, Admin., HR, Logistics and Head office for smooth operation at branch level
- Statutary Payments( GST ,TDS,PT,PF & ESIC)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Metrics:

- Transaction Accuracy: Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial transactions, aiming for 98% or as per the SLA.
- Invoice Timelines: Ensure timely generation of Invoice and dispatch within 48 hours or defined SLA.
- Reconciliation Accuracy: Achieve accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and financial data.
- Month end closing: Contribute to the efficient and timely completion of month-end closing processes.
- Audit Preparedness: Support in providing necessary documentation and explanations during internal and external audits.
- Process Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
