**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Accounting**: Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Process invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation.
- **Taxation & Compliance**: Assist in GST/TDS filings and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- **Payroll Processing**: Handle employee salary calculations and statutory deductions.
- **Audit Coordination**: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- **Software Management**: Work with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- CA Inter/ICW Inter or MBA in Finance & Accounts or a related field.
- Minimum **1 to** **2 years of experience** in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in handling audits and financial statements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
