Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies and domains for clients based in the United States. You will work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
  • Review and analyze resumes to match candidate technical skills with client requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and employment terms with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on current recruiting trends, technology stacks, and US visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizen, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or related staffing roles.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using recruiting tools like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ATS systems.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).

Pay: ₹17, ₹69,703.18 per month
