**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will engage with high-intent leads, guide them through the sales journey, and help them choose the right memberships and notes to advance their medical education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with high-intent leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Manage the entire sales process, from the first interaction to enrollment.
- Pitch Auricle’s learning memberships and notes, handling queries with clarity and empathy.
- Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.
- Share feedback and ideas to optimize sales strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathy-first approach.
- Prior sales experience in EdTech is preferred (not mandatory).
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
