We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** with 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales and a background in the **chemicals, cleaning, or paints** industry. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in the retail sector. You will be responsible for promoting our products, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets in the Bangalore region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales by identifying and targeting potential customers in the chemicals, cleaning, and paints market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products or solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends in the B2C sector.
- Manage and track sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and promote products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product feedback using CRM tools.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in **B2C sales** or retail, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in the **chemicals, cleaning, or paints industry** is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present products in a compelling way.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and retail environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore retail and chemicals market.
