- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Present and demonstrate farm machinery features and benefits to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals to potential customers.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and dealer partners.
**Multilingual Advantage**:
- Fluency in multiple languages will be an added benefit, enhancing your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the founders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Willingness to learn more about the agriculture industry, particularly in the paddy and poultry farming segments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in a related field is preferred.

**Job Title: Sales Executive**
**Location**: Mysuru, Karnataka
**Salary**: Base Salary+ Commission Based.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify & generate leads in the paddy and poultry products at Oscillo Machines.
- Develop & maintain customer and dealer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training.
- Implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Gather market insights for product improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Freshers & experienced (0-2 years) can apply.
- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Engineering, Marketing, MBA or Business preferred.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages will be an added benefit.
- Willing to travel across India.
