
Customer Support Agent

**Customer Support**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
**Sales & Lead Conversion**:
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products/services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
**CRM & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,623.11 - ₹24,366.17 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
