**Position : Executive - Customer Service and Sales Support**

**Department : Marketing & Sales**

**Reporting to : Manager - Sales**

a) Generate sales leads

b) Identify and assess customers’ needs

c) Develop relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

d) Provide accurate, valid and complete information to marketing force

e) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

f) Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

g) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

h) Identifying the decision maker and influencer of target accounts via telecall.

i) Make contact with the decision maker and influencer of target accounts and pitch URBX international Logistics services to them.

j) Generate Queries from the Target accounts

k) Receiving enquires from sales team and Negotiating rates with shipping line / Agent (Export& Import )

l) Filling rates and placing booking with shipping lines

m) Giving rate quotes to customer enquires

n) Follow-up calls on rates quoted, Checking with customer for viability of rates, Negotiation & Closure

o) Pre-Shipment Documentation (import - Air and Sea) Key Accounts

p) Receiving booking from agent

q) Confirmation from Consignee post rate negotiation

r) Confirmation to be taken from Co Loader / Shipping line / Airlines on Space and Sailing details

s) Follow-up calls on rates quoted, Checking with customer for viability of rates, Negotiation & Closure

t) Maintaining / Tracking Schedules as committed to client

u) Maintain Inter departmental coordination as regards Customer requirements

v) Post Shipment Documentation (import/Export - Air and Sea) Key Accounts

w) Job Costing & Job Locking

**Qualification**

a) Minimum 2 years in Freight forwarding industry

b) Good written and verbal English communication

c) Team Player

d) Contacts with the Shipping Line - Marketing, Documentation, Operations, Vendors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
