Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Initiate sales conversations with potential customers via phone and other communication channels. Understand customer needs and offer solutions to drive repeat sales and long-term business relationships. Follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Identify and assess customer needs to provide personalized and effective solutions. Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience and long-term retention. Maintain open and interactive communication with clients to build trust and strengthen relationships.
- Client Collaboration & Relationship Management: Handle end-to-end collaboration with high-end clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and service. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Operational Efficiency & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Work closely with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency. Identify trends in customer interactions to suggest improvements in services and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
