**Sales Coordinator - Customer Relations (CSP)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Coordination**: Provide administrative support to the sales team by tracking sales orders, preparing sales reports, and coordinating follow-ups with clients.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Order Processing**: Manage the processing of customer orders, ensuring that all orders are accurately entered into the system and delivered on time.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring all customer requirements are met and the sales process runs smoothly.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding orders, products, and services.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to sales, delivery, or product issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends, and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of orders and prompt delivery.
- **Data Management**: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in sales coordination, customer relations, or a related field.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in a similar industry (e.g., FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or services) is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- **Customer-Centric Focus**: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM systems or sales software.
