**Position Overview**:
Artus Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales department by facilitating communication, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely, personalized responses.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Coordinate sales meetings and calls, including scheduling, agenda creation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
