**Job Summary**:
The Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team. This role involves managing internal systems, streamlining sales processes, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. You’ll work closely with sales reps, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless experience for our prospects and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and order forms
- Coordinate product demos, meetings, and follow-ups with prospects
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and team performance
- Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Assist with on boarding new clients and ensuring smooth handoffs post-sale
- Help organize sales campaigns, webinars, and outbound outreach initiatives
- Manage communication with partners, resellers, and enterprise accounts as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years in a sales support, coordination, or customer-facing role—preferably in the IT/ITES industry
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, digital-first environments
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working with B2B sales teams
- Understanding of sales funnel stages and KPIs
- Background in working with cross-functional teams
