Qualification: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 3+ year
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
- Assist the sales team with processing orders, preparing quotes, and following up on leads.
- Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, OEMs, and internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics).
- Maintain an organized database of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Administrative Support:
- Handle contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales events.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for sales representatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
