Role/Designation: Inside Sales - SAAS Sales

**Full Time - Remote /Work from Home - Chennai**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inside Sales Associate: 2+ Years (specific experience selling SAAS in Indian market)
- Generate leads by researching potential clients, using social media, and conducting market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and close deals.
- Update and maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have an experience in product demo presentation.
- Should be comfortable working night shifts.
- Must be good at Rapport building.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience using CRM software to manage customer information.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
