**Key Responsibilities**
- inside sales representatives (cold calling, Mails and linked in outreach) to hit and exceed sales goals
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive new leads and conversions
- Implement proven sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to optimize team productivity
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals
- Partner with marketing to align campaigns and lead-generation tactics with sales priorities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting reports using CRM tools
- Develop ongoing training and enablement to keep the team’s sales skills and product knowledge sharp
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, or AI-driven products is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and coach a team, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Pay: ₹209,467.68 - ₹831,667.30 per year
Schedule:
- Night shift
