**The Opportunity**
MaintWiz is looking for **Inside Sales Representative** roles with **2-5 years**Industry Experience to drive Digital Marketing Initiatives and enhance Lead Generation Capabilities.

**Role - Inside Sales Representative**
**Role Description**:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
**Location**: Chennai.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initial call to customer to position MaintWiz and assess customer interest
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Generate quality sales leads and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of work experience in Insider Sales roles in Software Services is mandatory.
- Well versed in Digital Marketing techniques
- Good Communications and Analytical Skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to research internet and social media, and generate leads independently
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with multiple languages, especially English & Hindi
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Graduate degree or equivalent. Engineering and MBA is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
