We Are Hiring – Inside Sales Representative

Experience: Fresher

Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai

Salary: ₹15,000 (Take Home)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Half Day)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are confident, fluent in English, and eager to start a career in sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products/services.
  • Engage prospects with clear, fluent, and confident communication in English.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on requirements and decision-making authority.
  • Schedule demo calls or meetings for senior sales representatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or lead management tools.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospects to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to handle rejection and confidently continue outreach efforts.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹15, ₹15,500.00 per month
