**Role Description**

This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role, located on-site in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, customer service, and driving sales growth. The role involves generating leads and communicating with potential customers to understand their needs, provide solutions that meet those needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales and services teams to achieve sales targets and grow overall business.

**Qualifications**
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in IT Hardware or Technology Sales is a plus

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
