**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Global Recruitment**:
- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
**HR Administration**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all locations where KKBC operates.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and metrics to senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data protection and privacy in all HR activities.
**Employee Engagement**:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other HR initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in global recruitment and HR administration.
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices.
