**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Jira Administrator to join the Spotnana team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining our Jira instance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our project management tool and support the needs of our users.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and administer Jira, including user management, project configuration, and customizations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields
- Manage the integration of Jira with other tools and systems
- Train users on how to effectively use Jira for their projects
- Stay up-to-date with new Jira releases and features, and evaluate their potential impact on our operations
- Perform routine maintenance and backups to ensure the reliability and security of Jira
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, with a strong understanding of Jira functionality and architecture
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Jira REST APIs and SQL
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus
- Familiarity with other Atlassian products such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo is a plu
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
