Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to manage and enhance our Atlassian ecosystem with a focus on integrating Jira with Bitbucket Jenkins and Xray, This role supports development QA UAT and Production teams by streamlining workflows and improving toolchain efficiency.

  • Administer and configure Jira projects workflows permissions and dashboards.
  • Integrate Jira with Bitbucket code traceability Jenkins CICD visibility and Xray test management.
  • Automate tasks using Jira Automation and scripting tools.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Jira performance and integrations.
  • Provide user support training and documentation.
  • Skilled in implementing automation wherever it is applicable.
  • 4 to 10 years of Jira administration experience.
  • Hands-on integration experience with Bitbucket Jenkins and Xray.
  • Strong knowledge of JQL REST APIs and scripting Groovy Python.
  • Familiarity with Agile DevOps and SDLC practices.
  • Atlassian certifications are a plus.
  • Link commits branches and pull requests to Jira issues.
  • Enable automatic issue updates based on Bitbucket activity.
  • Trigger Jenkins builds from Jira.
  • Reflect build status and deployment results in Jira issues.
  • Sync test cases executions and results with Jira issues.
  • Enable traceability from requirements to test coverage and defects.
  • Implement CICD pipelines with traceability to Jira.
  • Generate real-time dashboards for development testing and release status.
  • Ensure role based access across tools.
  • Maintain audit trails for compliance.
