Location: Bangalore

Important Responsibilities (Short & Crisp)

  • Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Cloud.
  • Configure workflows, screens, fields, automation rules, dashboards, and filters.
  • Manage user access, roles, groups, and permissions.
  • Set up and support JSM queues, SLAs, and customer portals.
  • Monitor system health and coordinate with Atlassian support.
  • Integrate Jira with tools like Slack, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Salesforce.
  • Support Agile teams with configurations and provide training/documentation.

Important Skills (Required)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator (Jira Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of Jira configurations (workflows, issue types, schemes).
  • Expertise in JQL, automation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Working knowledge of Confluence administration.
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Management (SLAs, request types, queues).
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong troubleshooting & communication skills.
  • Flexible for rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

  • Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120).
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, JMWE, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs & scripting (Python/Bash).
  • Exposure to ITIL / ITSM practices.
  • Experience working with global teams.
