We are looking for a skilled Jira Admin with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain Jira instances, including user management, workflow configuration, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement advanced workflows using Jira's scripting language, including Script Runner and JSU.
  • Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Jira implementation and migration.
  • Optimize Jira performance, scalability, and security to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Jira administration, configuration, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Jira Portfolio Configuration and Optimization is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in JQL, Dashboards, SIL Scripting, and Advanced Workflows configuration.
  • Ability to work effectively in both Sprint and Waterfall environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with several configuration plugins and managing users and groups.
