Key Responsibilities:
Server and Infrastructure Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows server operating systems.
- Deploy and manage Windows workstations for end-users.
- Monitor and manage Windows servers and network infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, security configurations and server hardening.
- Storage Appliance management (Dell, Net App)
- Troubleshooting skills to handle Infrastructure and Application issues. Experience in global support and remote administration is desirable.
- Carrying out successful daily datacenter operations for all respective group locations.
- Make sure the balance between Server Administration & Business/Project.
- DevOps automation knowledge.

Domain Controller, User Account and Access Management:

- Knowledge of Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Terminal Server, Print Server, Group policy etc.
- Create, modify, and terminate user accounts and access permissions.
- Implement and enforce security policies and roles-based access controls.

Good understanding on the Application and environments:

- Web Hosting & management. IIS, Apache,
- Office365 Exchange, SMTP, ADFS, AD Connect, Dir Sync, ADSI.
- sFTP, SSH, SSL configuration
- Cloud Knowledge (MS Azure)

Disaster Recovery, Data Backup & Security Management:

- Managing and Maintaining for all group location
- Monitoring and daily review of the backup jobs.
- Regularly test and verify data backups for system integrity as per defined policy.
- Bitbucket, SVN, GIT, JIRA Project Management, Content delivery network (CDN).

Experience in Azure Cloud and virtualization:

- Managing and maintaining the Hyper-V and VMware environment.
- Managing and maintaining the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment.

Team Support (Application/infrastructure) based on KRA or their engagement:

- Proper understanding & Implementation of desired setup considering future goals.
- Understand & considering all security parameters & Agile topology while solutioning.
- Troubleshooting and defining the Issues in a way like no other issue will appear due to fixing one issue.
- Timely review & audit all the systems, highlight the observation in order to improve manageability.
- Creation of checklist & documentation for any production change and follow the approval process.
- Willing to play teamwork internally within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good in communication with internal & external users.
- Willing to work in shifts as per requirement.
- Willing to provide extended support or extra working hours as desire.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
