The Wellness Shop is an eco-friendly wellness brand that provides range of products that are organic and 100% natural. We provide products catering to the cosmetics, wellness, and healthcare segment. The company launched in 2021 and within 4 months, we have launched 150+ premium products and have started hitting 400+ daily orders. TWS is funded by logx ventures. We plan to build this company into a multi-million dollar business and provide best quality organic products all over the world

**Position Summary**:
**CTC Details: 14,000 to 16, 000 per month**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Create and verify backups of data
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Install and test computer-related equipment

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
2+ years’ experience in system administration

Associate or higher degree in a related field

Extensive experience with VMware

Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues

Basic understanding of insurance goals and practices

Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis

Sound Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Network

Good Knowledge of handling local servers and IT accessories

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
