Job Summary:

Vinayak Jewels India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure. The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining networks, servers, hardware, and software systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly through effective IT management and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Provide on-site technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and manage IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection).
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and email/ERP systems.
  • Conduct regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
  • Maintain IT assets and inventory; coordinate procurement of hardware/software.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and company standards.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and updates for future reference.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or IT Support Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking (LAN/WAN).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, or AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with servers, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of IT security, data protection, and backup solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
