**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain **Microsoft 365** environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage **Entra ID** (formerly Azure AD) for user identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and access control.
- Deploy, configure, and manage **Intune** for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize **network infrastructure**, including firewalls (e.g. CheckPoint), switches, routers, and wireless systems.
- Configure and maintain **VPN** solutions to ensure secure remote access for employees.
- Support and administer **Azure** cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
- Implement and manage **Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)** solutions to enhance security posture.
- Administer **KnowBe4** platform (or similar) to deliver security awareness training and phishing simulations.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support business objectives.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in system administration or a related role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **Entra ID** for identity and access management.
- Experience with **Intune** for device management and security.
- Solid understanding of **networking** concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and network troubleshooting.
- Expertise in configuring and managing **VPN** solutions.
- Working knowledge of **Azure** cloud services and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with **EDR** tools for threat detection and response.
- Experience with **KnowBe4** or similar security awareness platforms.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong **team player** with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Certifications** (preferred but not mandatory):

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.
- KnowBe4 Certified Administrator.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or other IT service management practices.
- Familiarity with other security tools or SIEM platforms (Wazuh).
