**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection).
- Conduct regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Maintain IT assets and inventory; coordinate procurement of hardware/software.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and company standards.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and updates for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or IT Support Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking (LAN/WAN).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, or AWS).
- Hands-on experience with servers, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of IT security, data protection, and backup solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
