**Mission**
- Implement released KVP projects with Production, Logistics and Quality and other departments
- Identify improvement potential during the entire product lifecycle as well as implement relevant improvement measures
- Cooperate in a ‘best practice’ database with the involvement of the plant management
- Introduce standards (DPSI) in the plants and review compliance with them, in cooperation with management
- Identify improvement potential in standards and inform central office
- Determine capacities, based on key identifiers (e.g. productivity, scrap, etc.) and derive respective measures
- Plan and conduct workshops for various plant functions (e.g. Production, Logistics, etc.) to identify improvement potential (e.g. with regard to minutes, space and material, parameterization of production equipment, reduction of error rates, etc.)
- Compile workshop results and create corresponding reports for supervisors/management
- Define actions, responsibilities and schedules to realize potential capacities, in cooperation with the team
- Assure implementation of agreed actions, in cooperation with the area involved
- Cooperate in optimizing standards/processes/production equipment (e.g. computer-aided monitoring of maintenance cycles via databases, etc.)
- Provide training on CI project management methods and CI tools.
- Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement related to the EHS management system.
- Report dangerous situations related to the EHS domain

**Profile**
- Industrial or MechanicalEngineer
- Minimum 2 year of experience
- Fluent English language/ German would be an asset
- Professiency in Lean tools, SixSigma, Project Management
