**Quality System Responsible Position Available**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Quality System Responsible** to join our dynamic team. This critical role ensures the integrity and continuous improvement of our quality management system, aligning with both industry standards and customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer quality criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality system requirements throughout the organization.
- Facilitate internal and external audits, managing corrective actions to address any non-conformities identified.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the quality system, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead training sessions on quality system requirements and best practices for employees at all levels.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in quality system management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 other relevant quality management standards And Certified in VDA 6.3
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving quality objectives.
- A degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is preferred.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software and quality measurement tools.
