improvements using Lean Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals Specific Responsibilities Maintenance Components BIQ Lead to 3 machine production facilities Identify lead and execute defined Built-in-Quality BIQ Projects BIQ Projects are to be run as accelerated internal CPI Quality Projects Support established BIQ Governance process and format Collaborate with Machine BIQ Leads to identify future common BIQ Projects Coordinate NPI Audit of Maintenance Components part families Establish New Source Introduction notification method General Responsibilities Designing and developing Six Sigma programs including supporting systems and tools for quality and business process improvement Leading and managing Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements Providing technical training and guidance for Green Belt professionals on the planning development and implementation of Six Sigma projects Employing Six Sigma
