**Overall Purpose of The Job**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Work closely with Recruitment Officer/s to understand the recruitment priorities of the business, and where Resourcing can provide support.
- Work closely with Recruitment Officers to develop improvements in V. onshore recruitment sourcing processes and procedures.
- Support market mapping activity for regularly recruited roles, in each location they operate in.
