**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and timely replenishment.
- Support the purchasing process by placing orders with approved suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock reconciliations.
- Assist in generating inventory and purchase reports using basic Excel functions.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments (warehouse, procurement, finance) and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or delays.
- Analyze inventory trends and suggest adjustments to maintain stock availability and reduce excess.
- Ensure documentation for all inventory transactions is properly maintained and filed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering, simple formulas).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or procurement role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
