Position: Logistics Specialist Experience: 6 months to 1 year in logistics or related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams for smooth transportation and timely delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays.
- Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs while maintaining quality and service.
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and customs clearance.
- Evaluate logistics partners and vendors for compliance with service level agreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced logistics efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven 6 months to 1 year of logistics or supply chain management experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and warehousing principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and partners.
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
