Logistics Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to secure transportation for client shipments.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Track shipments and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Utilize transportation management software to manage shipments and track performance.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize transportation costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term partnerships with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
