**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal transportation and delivery of goods.
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes, including negotiating contracts with carriers and managing relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to coordinate logistics activities and optimize overall business operations.
- Manage logistics budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stay informed about developments and trends in the logistics industry, including new technologies, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics management, with a minimum of [insert number] years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in logistics management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)) preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
