**Job Opening: Maintenance Supervisor**

We are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of CNC and hydraulic machinery. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who is passionate about ensuring operational excellence and minimizing downtime.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and perform maintenance of CNC and hydraulic machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

## **Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CNC and hydraulic machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
