Hvac Supervisor

Location: IIT Gandhinagar

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Oversight:

- Supervise HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing effective solutions

Maintenance and Repair:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate repairs and replacements of HVAC equipment
- Ensure timely and effective response to HVAC-related issues

Quality Control:

- Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures

Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies
- Conduct safety training, ensuring technicians are aware of potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, implementing corrective actions

Team Management:

- Supervise, train, and develop HVAC technicians
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and productive team environment

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of experience in HVAC supervision or a related field

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
