**Job Description and Responsibilities: Housekeeping Supervisor**

**Education**: Three Year Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

**Experience**: 4-5 years in Hospitality industry
- Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members.
- Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
- Aware of all room categories and amenities.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carry out lost and found procedures.
- Report maintenance issues and address them at the earliest.
- Provide housekeeping training to the team on a monthly basis to improve the quality standards.
- Represent the needs of the team to the GM in the serviced apartments.
- Comply with security, safety regulations and all health and safety legislation.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Responsible for smooth operation of the blocks / floor assigned.
- Responsible for the performance of the housekeeping team.
- Supervise the housekeeping team and keep a track on their attendance and leave.
- Organizes and facilitates the room making process.
- Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to the housekeeping team.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, restaurant and public area of the serviced apartments.
- Checks the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs.

Ensures that the entire operation is performed according to the laid down standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
