Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, located in Gandhinagar. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. The role involves coordinating with the laundry team, handling guest inquiries and complaints, monitoring inventory supplies, and training and supervising housekeeping staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills
  • Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to train and manage a team effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
