Party Plot Supervisor

We are looking for a competent Party Plot Supervisor to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You’ll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.

**Responsibilities:

- Meet and greet clients.
- Handling walk-in customer enquiries and show them all option of decoration as per need and close the deal.
- Reach out prospective customer and increase the sale (Event Booking).
- Responsible for making the function space visually appealing for event.
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
- Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, rooms and storage areas.
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & group experience.
- Supervise events and team members throughout service.
- Guide the Party Plot servers in set up of tables and place settings.
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming event details.
- Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Co-ordinate with the Kitchen and housekeeping department.
- Should be able to work under pressure and also work in long or break shifts.

**Requirements:

- **
- Proven experience as event manager
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
- Experience:

- 4 Years (In Event Management)

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
