Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical

maintenance operations at our client’s chemical manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for

individuals with up to 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance within industrial

environments and a strong technical foundation in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and related components within the

facility
- Install and maintain electrical motors, generators, and pneumatic control systems
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational

efficiency
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical malfunctions and equipment issues
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company standards, and applicable building

codes
- Support the diagnosis of complex electrical faults using standard diagnostic tools
- Supervise junior technicians during maintenance and repair activities
- Provide guidance and support in training electrical apprentices and helpers
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field
- 0-2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the chemical or

manufacturing industry
- Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical compliance norms
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a technical team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
