Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Purpose of the Job:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data center, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of shift workers to execute planned and unplanned activities within timelines and communicate effectively.
  • Track and close complaints within Service Level Agreement deviations.
  • Manage incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement recommendations on time with periodic review of RCA.
  • Oversee asset management, including warranties, maintenance contracts, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
  • Monitor 5 PPM tracking and completion with OEMs to ensure 100% availability of equipment.
  • Manage vendors, track and maintain records for stocks as per Business Continuity Plan requirements, and coordinate with Customer Engineering teams.

Deliverables:

  1. Execute planned and unplanned activities within timelines.
  2. Close complaints within SLA deviations.
  3. Implement recommendations after conducting Root Cause Analysis.
  4. Maintain compliance with safety standards and certification requirements.
  5. Ensure 100% availability of equipment through effective vendor management.
