As a **Consultant Associate Dentist** at Dezy Dental Care, you will provide comprehensive dental services to our patients, ensuring the highest quality of care. You will work closely with our experienced dental team to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to a positive patient experience. Additionally, you will be **required**to travel to patients' homes for home consultations, offering a convenient and personalized service.

The Sales Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the processes, tools, and systems that help the sales team work more efficiently. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales pipeline and provide insights on performance.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Assigning doctors to various zones for fulfillment of Home appointments
- Develop and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure CRM and other sales tools are effectively used and maintained.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize processes.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
