Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) data accuracy, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline health metrics, including weekly/monthly/quarterly performance dashboards
- Order Processing & Coordination: Ensure timely order processing, follow-ups with the operations team, and ensure orders meet delivery schedules
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance against targets; provide insights and suggestions to improve efficiency
- Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data, ensuring up-to-date pricing, customer details, and sales opportunities in the CRM system
- Forecasting & Sales Planning: Assist with territory planning, quota distribution, and sales forecasting
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of sales operations
- Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documents - Vendor and Contract Management: Support vendor manageme

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
