Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Management & Conversion**:Manage inbound and outbound sales leads, qualify prospects, and ensure a smooth conversion process.
- **Sales Coordination**: Work closely with the sales team to track and optimize sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- **Client Interaction**:Engage with BFSI professionals, understanding their learning needs and recommending suitable programs.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM tools, and analyze data for actionable insights.
- **Process Optimization**:Streamline sales operations to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making.
- **Collaboration**:Work with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and industry trends.

**Key Requirements**: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with a background in BFSI or EdTech.

**Experience**:2-5 years in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably in BFSI or Education sectors.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. o Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with BFSI sector trends and challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
