**Job description**

Achieving the revenue targets by adding new accounts and driving the growth of existing merchants

Maintaining 0% Customer Churn by building strong relationships with customers by resolving their day-to-day issues.

Ensuring assigned merchant metrics of Qwqer are adhered to and making
sure of every order being delivered the way it's supposed to be with no margins for errors

Coordinating with all internal stakeholders like Operations, Customer Support, and Partner Support to ensure all customer issues are addressed and closed on time

Ensuring Driver Availability to customers by analyzing the order projection of Customers.

Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in similar role

Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city.

Very strong relationship-building skills.

A great attitude and a sense of ownership.

**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
