Job Description: Sales Executive (Up to 1 Year Experience)
PixDynamics is seeking a Sales Executive to join our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with up to 1 year of sales experience who are passionate about driving sales, meeting targets, and interacting with clients. As a Sales Executive at PixDynamics, you will have the opportunity to travel, engage in cold calling, lead generation, client meetings, and pitching our innovative products. Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of PixDynamics visual technology solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, team discussions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques.
- Travel to meet clients, conduct face-to-face meetings, and pitch PixDynamics' products effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team and sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with PixDynamics business objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build strong relationships.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively handle objections and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
